TWIST OF THE MAGI Plays Theatre Artists Studio in Scottsdale, Now thru 12/16

Twist of the Magi by Debra Rich Gettleman will be directed by Michael Candela with musical director Andrea Jill Higgins at Theatre Artists Studio in Scottsdale, AZ. The production runs today, November 30-December 16, 2012.

It’s 1947 and the staff of KTAS Radio is standing by to broadcast its family holiday show. With some of the actors running late, another a no-show, a symphony of sound effects and a stumbling announcer, the outcome is anybody’s guess. Join a zany cast of characters as they present their “Twist” on the O’Henry classic Gift of the Magi, LIVE before a “Studio” audience – YOU!

Theatre Artists Studio is located at 4848 E. Cactus Rd, #406, Scottsdale, Arizona. The show runs today, November 30 – December 16, 2012, playing Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 2:00 pm. Times: November 30 & December 1, 7, 8, 14 & 15 at 7:30 p.m.; December 2 & 9 at 2:00 p.m. (The December 16 performance is SOLD OUT).
